Fir and Arbutus



I decided to ebay some camera gear that i had squirreled away. Maybe put that money toward a future slot mortiser. Digging through my once prized possessions, i emersed myself in a past interest i was quite obsessed with. Here's a photo taken on Vancouver island, it looks like Fir and Arbutus. It's giving me some ideas for my next personal piece.

    i did a little large format work in university. great quality, big gear, tough to move around with.

    I really enjoy that you have to plan your day around taking one photo. For me the slow process raises my quality.
