I received my hinges the other day. I couldn't swallow the price for the Brussos, so i opted to try out Horton Brasses. One third the price and more finish choices it made for an easy decision. The fit and finish of the Hortons is quite nice.
I find fitting these types of hinges tedious, but i also don't have much experience with the traditional mortise type hinge.
I went with three per door. I'm still not sure what i'll be hanging off the inside of the door so i played it safe with adding the extra hinge.
